Batch a week of posts in one sitting

19 October 2026 · Posting frequency · the Zyptova Studio team

Why it matters

Most missed posts are not a lack of ideas. They happen because Tuesday got busy, a customer called, and the post slid to tomorrow. Then tomorrow slid too.

When you write the whole week at once, the hard part is done before the week starts. You stay steady without needing more energy on the days you have none. Your posts also tend to read better together, because you plan them as a set.

How to do it

  1. Block one hour on the same day each week. Pick a quiet time, put it in your diary and treat it like an appointment.

  2. List the posts you want to send. Aim for a number you can keep up, such as three. Give each one a single job, such as showing a product, answering a common question or sharing news.

  3. Write all the captions in a row. Keep each one short, and end with one clear next step for the reader.

  4. Gather the photos or images each post needs. Name the files by day so nothing gets mixed up.

  5. Schedule every post before you close the laptop. In Amplify you'll compose a post with its caption and media, and schedule when it goes out.

  6. Reuse what works. In Amplify you'll save post presets with a caption, hashtags, a call to action and assets, and reuse them.

  7. Look at the whole week laid out. In Amplify you'll lay out your posts on a calendar of their own.

What to track

Count how many of your planned posts went out on the day you planned. Check it once a week, right before your next writing block. If you miss the same day more than once, move that post to a day that suits you better.

Also note which post drew the most replies or saves. In Amplify you'll track how each post and each channel performs. Look once a week, and use what you see to plan the next batch.

Coming soon

Amplify will be one workspace to design a post, schedule it, publish it to your channels and answer the replies. It is coming soon. Until then, the practice works with a notes app, a calendar and the scheduling tools your channels already offer.
